This High Intercept Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) features low noise (less than 2 dB and an OIP3 of 30+ dBm), but 21 dB of gain over a 1.4 GHz to 1.9 GHz frequency range, an internal regulator/active bias for stability, reverse voltage protection, a wide operational range, a wide dynamic range, a fully characterized assembly, high reliability, a low cost, multi-octave frequency coverage, a rugged assembly, and more.
