18 GHz High-Power SPDT Switch
RLC Electronics now offers new high-power single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switches with optional N connectors. These switches are able to handle up to 1000 Watts at 100 MHz, 200 Watts at 4 GHz, and 125 Watts at 18 GHz. They feature high reliability, long-life, and superior electrical performance characteristics for applications in the DC – 18 GHz operating frequency range.
The high-power SPDT includes options of failsafe or latching operating modes, coil voltages of 12 or 28 Vdc, as well as indicator circuitry and a TTL driver. Control connector options include solder terminals, in addition to special power connectors such as MS and sub-D.
