GaN Wideband Power Amplifier: MAPG-002729-350L00

The MAPG-002729-350L00 is a 2700 - 2900 MHz MHz, S-Band 350 W Radar Pulsed Power GaN Pallet amplifier. This GaN pallet is made by combining a laminate board (RO4003C) with an aluminum carrier allowing for true standard SMT ability, and has excellent harmonic rejection and robust operation under a wide range of environmental conditions.
This integrated pallet combined with excellent RF performance is an ideal for pulsed radar and medical applications where small size, light weight and high power performance (SWaP) are needed.
