This GaAs MMIC Doubler operates in the 15.625-15.0 and 29.25-30.0 GHz frequency range. This single device integrates a gain stage, a passive doubler, and a driver amplifier, and makes for an ideal driver stage to the final output power amplifier in Ka band VSAT terminals.
The XX1010-QT GaAs MMIC Doubler is ideal for SATCOM, LMDS, VSAT, and millimeter wave Point-to-Point radio applications. This device has a self-biased architecture requiring a single positive supply (+4.5V) only and integrated on-chip bypassing and DC blocking capacitors eliminating the need for any external components. Additionally, this MMIC doubler includes integrated ESD structures for protection, and comes in a low cost 3 mm QFN package.
