The SKY66115-11 is an integrated front-end module (FEM) designed specifically for low-power range extension in industrial, smart meter, tracking, and RFID applications within the 400 to 510 MHz range. Features include +20 dBm transmit output power, 2.5 V to 3.6 V supply operation, and low power consumption.
The SKY66115-11 cost-effective solution increases range and output power for smart metering and Internet of things applications. It has been integrated into a complete reference design with Texas Instruments' CC1310 device.
