Extended Temperature OCXOs

Vectron has expanded their OCXO extended temperature range product family with the OX-400/401 and the MD-403. These OCXOs are ideal for applications in uncontrolled environments where operating temperatures exceed industrial temperature ranges. These applications include base stations, test equipment, synthesizers, and military communication equipment.
The OX-400/401 features stabilities of +/-5ppb while the MD-403 has an uncorrected stability of +/-10ppb. These stabilities are achieved while operating across the -40 to 95°C temperature range.
Additional features include:
- Temperature range: -40 to 95oC
- Frequency range: 10 MHz to 40 MHz
- Temperature stability: +/-5ppb (OX-400/401)
- Temperature stability: +/-10ppb (Uncorrected MD-403)
- Supply: 3.3 V
