Dual Core Phase Noise Test System Datasheet

The Dual Core Phase Noise Test System is a two channel Phase and Amplitude noise analyzer. This system will measure residual and absolute phase noise in the frequency range of RF to MMwave. The phase noise system will measure residual noise on 2 port devices such as multipliers, dividers and amplifiers. This test system is a good fit for Aerospace and Defense due to the demanding applications.
