This series of dual band solid state amplifiers covers the 0.8 GHz to 6.0 GHz frequency range in two separate bands (0.8 GHz to 2.5 GHz, and 2.5 Ghz to 6 GHz). These amplifiers are ideal for military and defense, communications, EMC testing, research, and high energy physics applications. Seven models are available with 25W/25W, 40W/25W, 40W/45W, 75W/25W, 75W/45W, 150W/45W, and 150W/90W P1dB levels. Specifications are available on the datasheets below.
