6 GHz Direct IQ Demodulator Core Module

This direct IQ demodulator down-converts RF signals to analog In-phase and Quadrature IF or IQ baseband components. It’s ideal for RF instrumentation, wireless communications, broadcast monitoring, spectral analysis, and software-defined radio applications.
The SC5313A direct IQ demodulator features a compact size, a less than -165 dBm/Hz noise floor, greater than 20 dBm input IP3, DC offset calibration, a DC to 160 MHz baseband, greater than 60 dB adjustable gain, and a 400 MHz to 6 GHz RF range.
