This direct digital synthesizer (DDS) features an internal high speed/high performance 12-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) and is ideal for use in radar and scanning systems, test and measurement equipment, and agile LO frequency synthesis applications.
The AD9914 Direct Digital Synthesizer features 3.5 GSPS internal clock speed, 12-bit amplitude scaling, an 88-lead LFCSP package, 16-bit phase tuning resolution, frequency tuning resolution up to 190 pHz, -128 dBc/Hz phase noise, 8 frequency/phase offset profiles, and more.
