Fitted to characterize mm-wave devices for S-parameters and gain compression; IMD is an industry standard technique revealing the linearity of an amplifier using a two-tone measurement. Compatible with modern network analyzers, OML offers mechanical compatibility with existing probe stations and flexibility to upgrade existing modules with IMD capabilities.
