Digitally Tuned Oscillators (DTOs)
Planar Monolithics Industries (PMI) offers a full line of Digitally Tuned Oscillators (DTOs) including Dielectric Resonator Oscillators (DROs), Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCOs), and Frequency Synthesizers covering various frequencies in the 50 MHz to 40 GHz range. All models utilize the latest internal digital calibration techniques that minimize frequency drift over the operating temperature range, and offer fast switching speeds and stable frequency outputs with low phase noise.
These oscillators and synthesizers are designed to withstand stringent military ground or airborne environments, and can be used for EW / SIGINT, radar test equipment, microwave radio, and instrumentation module applications.
