Digital Step Capacitor: SKY19101-001

This digital step capacitor (DSC) achieves high linearity and ruggedness in the 0.5-3.0 GHz frequency range. It’s ideal for antenna tuning and adaptive matching applications and is controlled through a 1.8 V Mobile Industry Processor Interface/RF Front-End interface.
