The MAPS-011008 Digital Phase Shifter features an integrated CMOS drivers, low DC power consumption, 50 ohms impedance, RoHS compliance, a lead-free 4 mm 24-lead PQFN package, and more. This particular design has been optimized to minimize attenuation variation over the phase shift range.
