The KH600 is the first amplifier to combine differential input/output and over 9 Vpp output capability with a bandwidth of DC to 1GHz. The inputs and outputs are 100 differential (50 single ended). Feature include a DC – 1 GHz bandwidth, fixed gain of 14 dB (5V/V), a 45 mA output current, a 13,000V/s slew rate, and operates from ±5 V supplies.
These properties plus low distortion combine to produce an amplifier well suited to many communications applications. The KH600 is constructed using in house thin film resistor/bipolar transistor technology and is available in a 12-pin TO8 package.
