The KAW2020M17 RF power amplifier operates in the 220 MHz to 245 MHz frequency range and delivers over 200 Watts power output into a 50-Ohm load. The system is CW rated and includes a fast keying option. The amplifier itself is a 19-inch rack-mount unit and is 3.5 inches high and 20 inches deep.
