2-18 GHz Broadband Synthesizer: BXFS1045
The BXFS1045 is a fully customizable broadband synthesizer covering the 2 to 18 GHz frequency range. It’s ideal for applications involving microwave receivers, microwave telemetry systems, uplink communications platforms, instrumentation, and communications systems, and is well suited for both military and commercial applications.
This synthesizer achieves broadband high performance while maintaining an ultra-low phase noise of -81 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset. It’s housed in a hermetic laser-welded package, giving it the ability to withstand extreme environmental conditions and to operate in the -40oC to +85oC temperature range. The synthesizer includes options for input voltages, output power, and frequency control. It also includes a 100 MHz internal reference, making an external frequency source unnecessary.
