ME7834L Mobile Device Test System Offers Unique 100% Coverage for Summer 2014 Mobile Phones

Anritsu Company announces that it has validated 100% of the tests required by NTT DoCoMo for the Summer 2014 model mobile phones using the flexible ME7834L Mobile Device Test Platform. Achievement of this level of validation uniquely positions the ME7834L as the only test system with the ability to offer complete coverage for DoCoMo requirements, building on Anritsu’s #1 positions for Summer 2013 and Winter 2013 test requirements.

“Anritsu is pleased to work closely with DoCoMo in support of its mobile phone acceptance needs,” said Wade Hulon, General Manager and Vice President of Anritsu Company. “We have partnered with DoCoMo to provide targeted test capability since the development of the PDC system in Japan, and continued to support its early deployment of 3G. We look forward to continuing this partnership with addition of VoLTE and Carrier Aggregation capabilities in the future.”

Anritsu’s ME7834 is a flexible test system focused on both Carrier Acceptance Test (CAT) and Protocol Conformance Test (PCT). Users worldwide have selected the ME7834 for coverage of thousands of LTE and UTRAN test cases to ensure that devices operate properly in a variety of network deployments. This market-leading test capability includes test packages for LTE CAT and PCT covering multiple Asian and North American operators.
