Anaren Integrated Radio - Recommended Reflow Profile

A solder reflow profile is now available to assist in mounting AIR Modules. This PDF includes Classification Reflow Profiles (based on IPC/JEDECJ-STD-020) and package peak reflow temperatures for SnPb Eutectic and Pb-free processes.
