Absorptive SP4T Pin Diode Switch

Planar Monolithics Industries (PMI) offers a new absorptive, single-pole four-throw (SP4T) pin diode switch designed for applications operating over the 0.1 to 50.0 GHz frequency range. With low insertion loss and high isolation in a slimline package, this P4T-100M50G-100-T-RD switch incorporates a TTL compatible driver for simple system integration.
