Absorptive High-Isolation RF Switches

Qorvo offers a series of absorptive high-isolation RF switches with models ranging from SPST to SP6T, and with operation frequencies from 5 MHz to 6000 MHz. These switches are ideal for a variety of applications including test and measurement, cellular, 3G and LTE infrastructures, and high performance communication systems.
These RF switches provide high isolation, excellent linearity, and power handling capabilities. They also feature a non-reflective design with no need for blocking capacitors unless the voltage is on the RF line. Switches are housed in either a 2 x 2 mm or 4 x 4 mm package.
