8-Bit Digital Phase Shifters: PE82P5001 Datasheet

The new PE82P5001 is an 8-bit digital phase shifter that is programmable over a full 360° range, and covers 8.5 GHz to 11 GHz frequencies. The digital phase shifter is made with highly integrated hybrid MIC design architecture. This offers greater immunity to noise, uniform performance from unit to unit, and the ability to achieve a flatter phase response over a wider frequency bandwidth. Ideal applications include aerospace, defense, radar, and EW applications involving phased-array antennas, phase discriminators, beam forming networks, and RF communication systems.
