5 Million Life Cycles Switches

Dow-Key Microwave – a leader in the RF switching industry since 1945– offers a special option to extend a standard 1 Million life cycles coaxial switch to 5 Million life cycles. This option is available for the SPDT (401U and 521U-series) and DPDT (411CU-series) switches, as the option for multi-throw switches is under development.
Improvements:
The 5 Millions life cycles switches maintain the high reliability expected from Dow-Key with the improvement of five times the life on each RF port (RF position). This is achieved through Dow-Key's precise design and tight manufacturing specifications.
Applications:
Primarily used in the commercial market, these switches have many applications. These include commercial, wireless and satellite communications, on board communication systems, antennas, Automatic Test Equipments (ATE), and many other diverse applications that requires either terminated or unterminated signals.
