502 W Ka-Band TWTA Datasheet

The Ka-Band TWTA from Teledyne Microwave Solutions is designed to offer superior RF performance for satellite uplink data in communications markets. Features include 502 W peak power, and an integrated linearizer providing 175 W linear power at output range. The amplifier operates in the 27.5 to 30.0 GHz frequency range for commercial applications, and the 30.0 to 31.0 GHz range for military applications.
