This power amplifier covers the 14.4-15.4 GHz frequency range and is targeted for use as a high power amplifier solution that meets the needs for current and next-generation PtP microwave radios.
The MAAP-010517 3W Power Amplifier is packaged in a fully molded 5x5mm plastic QFN. Implementation and volume assembly is made simple with on-chip ESD protection structures with DC bypass capacitors. Additionally, the QFN packaging makes this power amplifier compatible with standard SMD assembly lines.
