A family of 2-GHz high-power RF transistors features the PTF10120, 10043, 10035, and 10112 models
A family of 2-GHz high-power RF transistors features the PTF10120, 10043, 10035, and 10112 models that are optimized for amplification of CDMA or TDMA signals. The LDMOS FETs cover 1.8 to 2.0 GHz. Model PTF10120 is a push-pull configuration that features IMD levels of better than –30-dB for PEP levels up to 120 W. It demonstrates 11-dB of linear gain and saturated power capability of more than 150 W.
