The SKY85314-11 is a 2.4 GHz 802.11b/g/n 64 QAM WLAN RF front-end module designed to provide all the functionality of a fully matched power amplifier (PA), power detector, harmonic filter, low-noise amplifier (LNA), and single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch in one device. Mounted in an ultra-compact, 16-pin 2.5 x 2.5 mm Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package, these devices are ideal for WiFi-enabled smartphones, tablets, and mobile/portable devices, and for System-in-Package (SIP) modules for embedded system applications.
