The SKY66113-11 is a 2.4 GHz fully integrated RF Front-end Module (FEM) designed to deliver high performance in Bluetooth Low Energy/Bluetooth Smart, 802.15.4, Thread, and ZigBee applications. This device offers an integrated inter-stage matching and harmonic filter, and digital controls that are compatible with 1.7 V to 3.6 V CMOS levels.
