Manufactured by AR Modular RF, model KMS2250 is a 2.45 GHz Solid-State LDMOS power amplifier module built for the ISM market. This 53dBm linear power amplifier has built-in output power control adjustable externally from 10 to 200 Watts. It also incorporates built-in gating/RF blanking and an RF monitoring port.

The module comprises a printed wiring assembly housed in a machined aluminum enclosure. Cooling requirements are defined by the over-temperature shutdown limits as shown on the Datasheet.

The amplifier is protected from thermal overload, over power, over voltage or wrong voltage polarity as well as having an internal isolator with excellent VSWR.

The unit is also available at 100 Watts output power.
