The RRP131K0-10S 1kW L-Band Radar Solid State Power Amplifier is designed for Radar system application frequencies from 1.2 to 1.4GHz. This module uses GaN HEMT technology which performs high breakdown voltage, wide bandwidth and high efficiency.
