MCLI Hybrid couplers are four-port directional couplers designed for a 3 dB power split. They’re available in two configuration types, 90 degree (or quadrature hybrid couplers), and 180 degree hybrid couplers. Hybrid couplers can be used to split signals from tower top amplifiers to BTS receivers, in signal sampler applications to monitor system performance, to inject a signal into a system without interrupting its service, in the creation of reflecting phase shifters, and more.
