Richardson RFPD Introduces New Family Of High Power Switches From Skyworks
Diode-based switches offer 40-100W input power handling, low insertion loss, and cover 20-4000 MHz in a small 4x4 QFN package
Richardson RFPD, Inc. recently introduces seven new high power switches from Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (Skyworks).
These new diode-based single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches offer from 40W to 100W input power handling, low insertion loss, outstanding linearity, and cover frequency bands between 20 and 4000 MHz in a small, 4 x 4 mm QFN package. The devices are well-suited for use as high power transmit/receive switches in a variety of telecommunication applications, including LTE and TD-SCDMA infrastructure, land mobile radios, and military communications systems.
