The MAAP-009748-000000 X-Band 17W Pulsed Power Amplifier Module 8.5 – 11.0 GHz utilizes mixed media RF and DC multilayer board design to provide a nominal 17W of output power for various pulse lengths at duty cycles of up to 30%. It features a CMOS/LSTTL compatible dc gate switching circuit for optimum efficiency. Local dc storage capacitance is included to maintain the integrity of the pulse shape.
Miniature connectors are included for application of the DC supplies and gating pulse.
