Arlon's TC600 and TC350 are engineered to provide the microwave PWB designer with a unique combination of electrical, physical and thermal properties that are stable over a wide range of operating temperature, while at the same time acting to reduce the thermal swings by providing improved thermal conductivity (Tc) over competitive materials. The following graphs show the effect of relative CTEr (thermal coefficient of dielectric constant) values over a range of temperatures typical of many high power designs.
