This transistor provides a minimum power gain of 9 dB with the output power specified at 150 watts PEP by operating at 1090 MHz and 40 Volts DC. 75, 150, 220, and 300 Watt Output power levels with input pulses of 1us and 1% Duty Cycle will be available.

The model SD1090-150 RF Power Transistor is an equivalent to the ST Microelectronics SD1537. Optimized low thermal resistance is provided through 0.250" square hermetic package housing. This transistor is designed for pulsed systems that require low duty cycles and high peak power in the 1030 – 1090 MHz frequency band.
