The requirement for the position
1) The first step requires that all the persons involved in the hiring process complete our questionnaire for the position/positions to be filled. This ensures that all personnel involved in the hiring process have the same goals and objectives.
2) Second step is for our personnel to evaluate the job requisition to determine whether the position, requirements, and compensation package qualify as a valid assignment for us to undertake. If we find that the assignment needs corrections we will inform you.
3) Execution of the contract. The contract is very simple at spelling out our obligations to each other. Most contracts extend for ninety days.

Community Presentation:
During the interview process our buyer's agent will spend a day in an introduction to your new community. This is not a day for selling a home but for showing the candidate the virtues of the community such as schools, universities, places of worship, clubs, recreation locations, special needs, community services and activities, hospitals, neighborhoods, and shopping.
Mortgage Assistance:
We have an in-house mortgage broker who is aligned with several large mortgage companies to ensure that the new employee arrives with a pre-qualified mortgage in hand to make their transition easier. Before they view their first home they have the comfort of knowing what range to look at.
Relocation Assistance:
We have an in-house real estate broker that finds the most competent real estate sales organization from the geographic area that the candidate is moving from ensuring that the sales process moves rapidly and for the best possible price. Concurrently we find the most successful "buyers agent" in your geographic location to represent the candidate in quickly finding their new home.
Moving Assistance:
We are in the process of negotiation with several moving companies; this will be completed shortly.
