The AX-RF Subsystem is a fully integrated multi-port RF subsystem designed to handle all of the test requirements of standalone RF and integrated SOC devices. The AXRF is a flexible solution providing a configurable number of ports and sources. All components make use of industry standard PXI interface technology for low cost, high speed, high reliability and configuration flexibility. The unique Dual Port RF Module forms the core of the system. While supporting complex 2 port measurements, it also provides precision source and measure capability. This RF Subsystem is ideal for applications involving characterization and validation, multi-site automated production test, RF discretes, PA, and FEM devices, and connectivity and cellular SOC devices.
