Datasheet: Model 90SA001 - Low Cost Stub Antenna
Cobham Sensor Systems introduces a new line of low priced stub antennas for airborne Communication, Navigation, and Identification (CNI) applications. Model 90SA001 provides omni-directional azimuth coverage with patterns that are similar to quarter-wavelength monopole over a ground plane. VSWR is less than 1.6:1 over the operational bandwidth, and the antenna operates up to 10 Watts CW. This antenna is 1.03 inches tall, has an installation footprint of 2.5 inches, and includes a conductive baseplate with an integral protective radome. These antennas are particularly well suited to meet the lightweight and small size requirements of UAV applications, without compromising electrical performance.
