Drop-In Isolator And Circulators
VidaRF introduces a new 0.5" package Drop-In Isolator And Circulator for demanding applications where space is limited. The new rugged design uses a machined steel housing, screwed on cover and is fully tested to handle shock, vibration, thermal shock, and moisture. To help ensure long term performance in a variety of applications, these packages are Beryllium oxide (BeO) free and Neodymium (Nd) free.
These Drop-Ins are available in the following frequency ranges (MHz) 1880-1920, 1850-1910, and 2010-2025. Circuit tab can be straight or bent flush with base for surface mounting. Also available in 19x19x8 (mm) package.
Dimensions: 12.7 x 12.7 x 8 (mm), Typical spec @25C, Loss 0.25dB, VSWR 1.13:1, Isolation 24dB, IMD (2x25W, 1MHz Separation) –65dBc.
