The CMD145 is a highly efficient, three-stage GaAs mHEMT MMIC low noise amplifier ide-ally suited for EW and communications sys-tems where small size and low power con-sumption are needed. The device is optimized for 21 GHz and delivers greater than 29 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB com-pression point of +3 dBm and noise figure of 1.2 dB. The CMD145 is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD145 offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection. This ampli-fier is the perfect alternative to higher cost hy-brid amplifiers.
