The AFEM-9601 dual band Front End Module is designed for WLAN applications in both the 2.4 GHz and 4.9 to 5.9 GHz frequency ranges. The FEM is optimized for IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n WLAN applications with dual linear power amplifiers, dual low noise amplifiers, dual Tx/Rx switches, diplexer, Tx and Rx filtering, and direct CMOS compatible control and detect functions.

The AFEM-9601 dual band Front End Module is designed for WLAN applications in both the 2.4 GHz and 4.9 to 5.9 GHz frequency ranges. The FEM is optimized for IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n WLAN applications with dual linear power amplifiers, dual low noise amplifiers, dual Tx/Rx switches, diplexer, Tx and Rx filtering, and direct CMOS compatible control and detect functions.

- Full-function 50 ohm matched module includes all the Front end RF functionality for a Wi-Fi link
- Miniature 4x6mm footprint allows approximately 3x size reduction compared with a discrete implementation
- Small from factor works in a 3x3 MIMO half mini-card enviroment
- Specifically designed for good EVM and power efficient spec compliance in portable MIMO environments
