These single band solid state RF amplifiers are an ideal solution in both military and commercial marketplaces and have been designed for applications where instantaneous bandwidth, high gain and linearity are required. They’re available in 15, 25, 50, 100, 200, and 300 watt power versions and they cover the 0.7 to 6 GHz frequency range. Each model features an excellent noise figure and also provides excellent flatness across their specified frequency range.

Corry Micronics’ RFMS-4X256-B is a 4 to 256 blocking RF switch matrix covering the 900-2500 MHz frequency range. It has a -8dB insertion loss, 50 ohms impedance, 10 dB return loss, +30 dBm P1dB, -80 dB isolation, and a 5µs switching speed (50% trigger to 10% RF power).

DC – 4 GHz GaN RF Transistors: QPD1009 And QPD1010 DC – 4 GHz GaN RF Transistors: QPD1009 And QPD1010

The QPD1009 and QPD1010 are discrete GaN on SiC HEMTs operating from the DC to 4 GHz frequency range. The QPD1009 is a 15W, 50V device with an output power level of 17W at 2 GHz, and a linear gain of 24 dB at 2 GHz. The 10W, 50V QPD1010 features an output power of 11W at 2 GHz and a linear gain of 24.7 dB at 2 GHz. These two devices are housed in low thermal resistance 3 x 3 mm packages, and are ideal for wideband or narrowband amplifiers, jammers, and for military radar, civilian radar, land mobile, military radio, and test instrumentation applications.

    In conjunction with NanoSemi Inc of Waltham, MA, USA, Qorvo Inc. says that it has demonstrated industry-leading ultra-wideband linearization results with its gallium nitride (GaN) power amplifiers for wireless infrastructure. Using the QPA2705 integrated GaN driver and GaN Doherty power amplifier with NanoSemi's proprietary digital compensation algorithms, the two firms have achieved adjacent channel power ratio (ACPR) of -58dBc for a 60MHz signal bandwidth and 3x20MHz LTE carrier configuration, and -55dBc for a 100MHz signal bandwidth and 5x20MHz LTE carrier configuration.
