dBm Corp., Inc. Announces Ultra High Bandwidth Satellite Link Emulator

Oakland, NJ -- dBm Corp., Inc. announced today that it is adding three new models to its very popular Satellite Link Emulator product line. The new models offer bandwidths of 72MHz, 125MHz and 250MHz in one, two, three or four channels. The SLE is used to model the signal path between a satellite and an earth station, aircraft or ship.

These models will also offer as options, built-in AWGN and multi-path fading for terrestrial and SATCOM based communications testing and allows the test engineer to add link impairments such Doppler, phase shift, attenuation and phase continuous variable delay (step sizes as low as 0.5ps/sec).

"dBm is very excited about the market potential and interest in these new instruments" said Michael Cagney, Vice President of Sales at dBm. "These ultra high bandwidth link emulators firmly establishes dBm's role as the market leader in terms of technological innovation and installed base and allows our customers to remain at the forefront of technology".

dBm will be exhibiting this new product line at the Autotestcon show in Orlando on September 14-16 at booth # 518, and European Microwave Week (EuMW) in Paris on September 28-30 at booth # 109.
