Valpey Fisher Reduces The Size Of Its High Performance Oscillator

Valpey Fisher Corporation introduces the VFXO302 XO, it's smallest complimentary output, low jitter oscillator for Communication applications such as Optical Networking, SONET/SDH,10 Gigabit Ethernet, and Broadband Access.

The VFXO302 provides a LVPECL or LVDS output with a frequency range of 25 MHz to 270 MHz or 80 MHz to 270 MHz respectively. It offers typical 0.3 ps jitter over 12 KHz ~ 20 MHz. The VFXO302 has low phase noise with -140 dBc//Hz at 155.52 MHz at 10 KHz offset. The part operates at +2.5 volt or +3.3 volt power supply. It is available in a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm surface mount package and is RoHS 6/6 compliant.
