This TCXO addresses the need for tight frequency stability while maintaining low phase noise during shock and vibration, making the part suitable for airborne and mobile requirements.
The T75 Series TCXO is available with an output frequency range of 10 to 50 MHz. The miniature SMT 5x7mm package is RoHS compliant, and comes with either CMOS or Clipped Sinewave output. Many temperature stability options are available down to ±0.3ppM. Long term stability is 3ppM for 10 years of operation.
Until recently designers had to specify large expensive SC cut OCXOs to optimize performance under vibration. The T75 Series TCXO offers as good or better g-sensitivity than the OCXOs, while also providing very low input current and no warm-up time. G-Sensitivity of the T75 is available down to 3x10-10/g in the worst axis, and can withstand up to 20000g's of shock.
