The SAT1706 is a 74" diameter reflector/feed capable of operation in either receiving or transmitting modes providing a conical scan beam characteristic. The system consists of a cassegrain reflector/feed with a nutating concave subreflector to generate the conical scan pattern. An optional configuration that includes a pedestal system is the SAT1705. The antenna is transportable worldwide via highway, unimproved roads, air, helo lift and marine modes.
