Precision Devices Announces Ultra-Miniature Clock Oscillator

Precision Devices Inc (PDI) has introduced a new ultra miniature clock oscillator. The new OC2 clock oscillator has an operating frequency range of 1.544MHz to 80MHz and features a TTL/HCMOS output.
Low voltage operation of 3.3V, 2.8V, 1.8V and 1.5V, a tri-state and enable/disable output and a low frequency tolerance of +/-25ppm are supported making the OC2 ideally suited for battery powered devices such as handheld instrumentation, mobile telecommunications and portable industrial equipment.
The OC2 clock oscillator has a standard operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C with a wide operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C available as an option. The new OC2 is available in a compact 4 pad ceramic surface mount package dimensions of 2.5mm (l) x 2.0mm (w) x 0.9mm (d).
