Tampa, FL -- Modelithics, Inc. announces the release of their latest version (v 6.1) of the Modelithics CLR Library of reliably accurate and highly scalable models for all currently supported simulators. This expanded collection of well-documented substrate and part-value scalable capacitor, resistor and inductor families from popular vendors like Johanson Technology, ATC, Murata, Coilcraft, Kemet, Panasonic, Samsung, TDK and Darfon broadens the design engineers' options for using microwave circuit simulation tools to increase design efficiency and decrease design costs. Recognizing their value, many of the new components models in this release have been developed through partnerships with the component vendors.

With this v 6.1 release Modelithics announces a new multi-simulator license option for customers who possess more than one circuit simulator. For customers with node-locked or dongle licenses, an upgrade to a multi-simulator license option would allow customers to, for example, use the same single license to run Modelithics Library models on either Agilent ADS or Agilent Genesys or AWR Microwave Office. For customers with floating licenses, an upgrade to the multi-simulator licensing option will allow them to share the same license pool flexibly between different simulators. In this case, the number of simultaneous users only limited by the total number of floating licenses "checked out," which can be used on any combination of circuit simulators.

The CLR v 6.1 upgrade will be forwarded, free of charge to all Modelithics CLR Library or Modelithics Library Complete customers currently under a Modelithics Platinum Maintenance contract.
